Rodrian Insurance is owned by D. J. and Scott Rodrian, who joined their father Jim in the family business in the early 1990’s.
D.J. Rodrian
President
D. J. started with Rodrian Insurance in 1992. Prior to coming to Rodrian Insurance, D. J. earned math & economics degrees from Northwestern University, followed by 3 years in the mutual fund business. D. J. enjoys talking to people. He sells all kinds of insurance, and he manages the agency’s day-to-day service operations.
Scott Rodrian
Vice President & Treasurer
Scott joined Rodrian Insurance in 1994. Scott is also a Northwestern University graduate with a degree in journalism. Before joining Rodrian Insurance, Scott worked as a reporter and editor for the Phoenix and San Antonio business journals. Scott handles the finances of the agency, and is also involved in marketing and sales.
Jim Rodrian
Vice President & Founder
Jim founded Rodrian Insurance in 1973. He spent his first 20 years increasing our base from 50 customers to over 2,000 today. In 2006, Jim sold his ownership interest to D. J. and Scott. He continues to be active in the office, working with business insurance customers and selling life insurance, long term care, and annuities.

Linda Van Fleet
Customer Service, Home & Auto
Linda is a true personal insurance professional. A native of Brookfield, Wis., she is familiar with the Milwaukee area and its residents. Linda enjoys spending time with her family in their Sussex, Wis., home of many years. She and her husband are movie buffs. You will find Linda helpful, polite, and courteous – and she can handle your home and auto account from start to finish.
Kim Sadi

Kim’s insurance company experience has given her a great ability to serve our customers. A local from Pewaukee, Wis., Kim is into traveling, trying new things, and having fun with her husband and two kids. She has a friendly personality, and can help you with anything related to home and auto insurance.

Terry’s entire career has been spent in the insurance business, and our customers appreciate her get-it-done attitude. Terry and her husband are long-time residents of Wauwatosa, Wis., and they love cruising to exotic destinations and going up north to the family retreat. Terry is a steadfast worker on behalf of our business insurance customers.

Her experience has provided her with a background in both business and personal insurance. Outside of work, Karen enjoys home making, visiting her children, and going up north. Karen handles a variety of duties in agency and spends most of her time working with business clients.

Sally Neuenschwander

Sally brings vast health insurance experience to the table, having worked for health companies for over 25 years. She understands the application, underwriting, and approval process and she knows how to make everything flow as smoothly as possible. Sally is a self-described “dance-a-holic” and you can find her in the nearest ballroom when she’s not working or doing family activities.

When you call our office, you will be greeted by Marilyn, who takes pride in getting to know all of our customers. We always answer the phone with a live person. We welcome you to visit our office in Brookfield, where you may also meet Sue Rodrian and her little white dog, our mascot, Tug.
